Shipping Policy

Every Sportifiers item is printed to order by our production partners, then shipped straight to you with tracking.

Production time

Your order goes into production right after you place it. Printing and quality checks usually take 2 to 5 business days. During busy holiday periods, production can take a little longer.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• United States: $5.00 standard shipping, free on orders over $50. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
• UK and Europe: $7.50 standard shipping, free on orders over $75. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days after your order ships.
• Rest of the world: $12.00 standard shipping, free on orders over $100. Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days after your order ships.

The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, because carriers can sometimes be delayed.

Orders with several items

Different products can be printed in different facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You'll get a tracking link for each package.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over them and can't predict them.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
